Elemental

Elemental decorative wood veneered panels are the newest innovation from States Industries, designating products made without the use of urea-formaldehyde adhesives.

These panels are engineered to meet current and future formaldehyde regulatory standards, including KCMA's Environmental Stewardship Program, California Air Resources Board Phase I and II and the US Green Building Council's LEED EQ 4.4 standard.

Whether it is veneer cored panels bonded with States' new proprietary soy-based adhesive, or composite cored panels manufactured with non-urea-formaldehyde resins, the Elemental logo guarantees that States' products employ the best available technology to eliminate urea-formaldehyde.

NOVA

States revolutionized the hardwood plywood industry in 1992 with the introduction of NOVA ultraviolet cured prefinished panels. Today prefinished panels are part of all major supplier's offering, but NOVA still leads all others in quality of finish and the breadth of finishes available.

NOVA panels offer many advantages for small shops and large manufacturers alike. In addition to reducing manufacturing time and increasing throughput, the standard NOVA finish is durable and extremely chemically resistant. Best of all, UV flat line finishing is the most cost effective system in use today. NOVA panels typically lower finishing costs significantly.

ArmorCore

ArmorCore panels combine the low weight and high strength advantages of veneer cored panels with the superior flatness and higher density of MDF. ArmorCore panels are stiffer, lighter and stronger than composition panels of comparable thickness, yet the MDF crossbands match the best composition surface characteristics.

ApplePly

ApplePly is a premium quality veneer core panel constructed from uniform laminations of solid grade 1/16" Alder and Birch. This all hardwood core produces a strong, lightweight panel with a minimum number of voids and a naturally attractive edge. ApplePly is available from 1/4" through 1-1/4" in thickness and 48" X 96" and 48" X 120" panels.
